What the shiping costs?
Free shipping in Europe. Only for Switzerland we charge 50, - Euro flat rate.

Who do you use for delivery?
We use 3 different courier companies to handle our orders, DHL, GeoPost and UKMail, each one selected depending on the final destination, postcode and weight. Tracking you order is very simple, once it has been dispatched simply log into your account to view your tracking number and details of how to track the item.

Returns and Refunds
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us or your purchase is unsuitable, we are happy to provide a refund or exchange within 14 working days of delivery. We recommend returning the goods by registered/insured post and in their original packaging to insure a safed transportation. Please note that you are only entitled to return goods within 14 working days of receipt of delivery.
